Sarah Duffy, a founding member of Fitness and Fun CIC, holds a Sport & Exercise Science Degree from Coventry University, is a qualified Personal Trainer and experienced sports coach, who is responsible for the full design and delivery of the programme. Sarah holds specialist qualifications in working with females and understanding their physical, developmental and emotional needs, ensuring that all activities are age-appropriate, inclusive, and supportive.

Director. Kelly brings a diverse and practical skillset to Fitness and Fun CIC. With a background in finance and hands-on experience as a locksmith, and a strong passion for community sport. Alongside her professional work, Kelly is actively involved in coaching children's rugby and aquathon, demonstrating a genuine commitment to developing confidence, teamwork and resilience in young people.

Susan is another of our Directors at Fitness and Fun CIC. She holds a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce. She is very experienced working with children from 0-18 years old and is passionate about providing children with the opportunity to access sport.

Sean has a background in education, developing training programmes and vocational qualifications to meet the needs of industry. He also works with children as a qualified swimming teacher and football coach, and is training to be a martial arts instructor.
